Before the experiment, the oil stains, water stains, and impurities inside the valve chamber must be cleaned up. Pressure plates should be installed at both ends of the valve body and at the joint to block it. Pressure pumps, pressure gauges, globe valves, and exhaust valves should also be installed. Punch tap water into the valve chamber and maintain pressure. The pressure level is determined according to the valve technical requirements and valve testing standards, with a holding time of 10 minutes. Focus on inspecting the pressure bearing surface and welds of the valve body. If there is external leakage or structural damage, it can be considered qualified.

The test medium is liquid: Before the test, fully open the valve and clean the water stains, impurities, and oil stains in its chamber,After closing the valve, install the pressure plate, pressure pump, pressure gauge, globe valve, exhaust valve, etc. Fill the valve with tap water from the inlet blind plate, and the water pressure level is determined according to the valve technical requirements and valve testing standards, with a holding time of 3 minutes. Empty load action test: Before the test, fully open the valve and clean the water stains, impurities, and oil stains in its chamber,Close the valve; If the external hydraulic driven valve can be opened and closed several times, and the valve can operate normally during the opening process, the full stroke time meets the requirements, and there are no abnormal noises or other phenomena, it is considered qualified.
Load opening test: Before the test, fully open the valve to clean the water stains, impurities, and oil stains inside its chamber,Close the valve; Install a test blind plate on one end of the valve body and install a pressure pump, pressure gauge, globe valve, etc. Fill the sealed chamber with clean air pressure, with the pressure level determined according to the valve technical requirements and valve testing standards, for one minute. If the external hydraulic station drives the valve to open and close multiple times, and the valve can operate normally during the opening process, the full stroke time meets the requirements, and there are no abnormal noises or other phenomena, it is considered qualified.
In short, newly purchased regulating valves must undergo strength testing, sealing testing, and action testing, and pass acceptance before they can be put into use.
