Regulatory requirements

According to Article 19 of the Regulations on the Administration of Public Places Health and the Implementation Rules of the Regulations on the Administration of Public Places Health (Order No. 80 of the Ministry of Health), public place operators shall conduct hygiene tests on the air, microclimate, water quality, lighting, illumination, noise, customer supplies and utensils in public places in accordance with the requirements of hygiene standards and norms. The tests shall not be less than once a year; If the test results do not meet the hygiene standards and regulatory requirements, they should be rectified in a timely manner.

2. Requirements for application materials

Public place operators applying for a hygiene license shall submit the following materials:

(1) Public place hygiene testing or evaluation report;

(2) For those using centralized air conditioning and ventilation systems, a hygiene inspection or evaluation report for the centralized air conditioning and ventilation system should also be provided.
