Overview
The working principle of Puhou Pump Industry's ISG vertical pipeline pump direct sales $r $n centrifugal pump is that the centrifugal pump can send water out due to the action of centrifugal force. Before the water pump starts working, the pump body and inlet pipe must be filled with water to form a vacuum state. When the impeller rotates rapidly, the blades cause the water to rotate quickly, and the rotating water flies away from the impeller under the action of centrifugal force. After the water in the pump is thrown out, the central part of the impeller forms a vacuum zone.

Puhou Pump Industry * ISG type vertical pipeline pumpdirect selling Scope of Application

Characteristics of vertical pipeline pump
1. The pipeline pump is a vertical structure with the same inlet and outlet diameters and located on the same centerline. It can be installed in the pipeline like a valve, with a compact and beautiful appearance, small footprint, and low construction investment. If a protective cover is added, it can be used outdoors.
2. The impeller of the pipeline pump is directly installed on the long axis of the motor, with a short axial dimension and compact structure. The pump and motor bearings are reasonably configured, which can effectively balance the radial and axial loads generated by the pump operation, ensuring smooth operation, low vibration, and low noise of the pump.
3. The shaft seal of the pipeline pump adopts mechanical seal or a combination of mechanical seals, using imported titanium alloy sealing rings, medium-sized high-temperature resistant mechanical seals, and hard alloy materials for wear-resistant seals, which can effectively extend the service life of the mechanical seal.
4. The installation and maintenance of pipeline pumps are convenient, without the need to disassemble the pipeline system. All rotor components can be extracted by removing the pump coupling nut.

5. Pipeline pumps can be used in series or parallel according to the requirements of flow rate and head.
6. ISG type single-stage single suction vertical pipeline centrifugal pumps_Standard pipeline booster pump can be installed vertically and horizontally according to the requirements of pipeline layout.

The ISG type vertical pipeline centrifugal pump, also known as pipeline pump, centrifugal pump, pipeline centrifugal pump, single-stage centrifugal pump, vertical pump, booster pump, hot water pump, circulation pump, booster pump, etc., adopts the performance parameters of the IS type single-stage single suction centrifugal pump and is ingeniously designed on the basis of general vertical pumps. At the same time, suitable hot water, high-temperature corrosion-resistant chemical pumps, and oil pumps are derived from the ISG type according to different operating temperatures, media, etc. This series of products has the advantages of high efficiency, energy saving, low noise, and reliable performance, and meets the requirements of the JB/T53058-93 standard of the Ministry of Machinery. The products are designed and manufactured according to the ISO2858 standard.

Pipeline pump is a type of single-stage centrifugal pump with a vertical structure. It is named pipeline pump or booster pump because its inlet and outlet are on the same straight line and have the same diameter, resembling a section of pipeline. It can be installed at any position in the pipeline. The structural feature is a single suction single-stage centrifugal pump, with the same inlet and outlet on the same straight line, perpendicular to the axis centerline, making it a vertical pump.

The basic structure of a pipeline pump consists of six parts: impeller, pipeline pump body, pump shaft, bearings, sealing ring, and packing box.

Installation instructions for pipeline pump:
1. Before installation, check if the fasteners of the unit are loose and if there are any foreign objects blocking the flow channel of the pump body to prevent damage to the impeller and pump body during pump operation.
2. The weight of the pipeline should not be added to the water pump during installation to avoid deformation of the pump.
3. The foundation bolts must be tightened during installation to avoid the impact of vibration on pump performance during start-up.

A liquid in a critical state often vaporizes when the temperature increases or the pressure decreases. Chemical pumps sometimes transport liquids in critical states. Once the liquid vaporizes inside the pump, it is prone to cavitation damage, which requires the pump to have high anti cavitation performance. At the same time, the vaporization of the liquid may cause friction and biting between the moving and stationary parts inside the pump, which requires a larger clearance. In order to avoid damage to mechanical seals, packing seals, labyrinth seals, etc. due to dry friction caused by liquid vaporization, such chemical pumps must have a structure that fully eliminates the gas generated inside the pump.
The shaft seal packing of pumps that transport critical liquid media can be made of materials with good self-lubricating properties, such as polytetrafluoroethylene, graphite, etc. For shaft seal structures, in addition to packing seals, double end mechanical seals or labyrinth seals can also be used. When using a double end mechanical seal, the cavity between the two end faces is filled with external sealing liquid; When using a labyrinth seal, a sealing gas with a certain pressure can be introduced from the outside. When sealing liquid or sealing gas leaks into the pump, it should be harmless to the pumping medium, and if it leaks into the atmosphere, it is also harmless. When transporting liquid ammonia in a critical state, methanol can be used as the sealing liquid in the cavity of the double end mechanical seal; When transporting liquid hydrocarbons that are prone to vaporization, nitrogen can be introduced into the labyrinth seal.
