Key Features:

1. All parts in contact with the medium are made of structural ceramic materials, which have chemical stability and hardness (Rockwell hardness HRC90) second only to diamond. Therefore, this valve has wear resistance, corrosion resistance, erosion resistance, good thermal insulation, and low thermal expansion.
2. The sphere is manufactured using grinding equipment and processes, with high roundness accuracy and good surface quality. After being ground against the valve seat, it can achieve good sealing performance by utilizing the self lubrication of Zr02 ceramic.
3. The excellent wear resistance of ceramics makes this valve durable, reliable, and has a long service life, which is 2-4 times that of titanium alloy valves and Monel valves.
4. This valve has the advantage of being suitable for high hardness granular media or media with soft particles but corrosion, and is currently suitable for such media.

Structural features:

1、 The thickness of the valve shell exceeds the standard data requirements of national standards GB, JB, and American standard ANSI, and the chemical elements and mechanical properties of the main material meet the national standard requirements. The three-stage structure design of the shell is sturdy and aesthetically pleasing.

2、 The chemical elements of the valve stem material meet the national standard requirements, with precision grinding and surface treatment of corrosion-resistant nitriding or quenching, ensuring that the valve stem has good mechanical properties and corrosion resistance.

3、 Built in buffer compensation elastic gasket ensures stable and good sealing performance. And in the presence of impurities, it is not easy to get stuck and cause the ball to break.

4、 The fully lined hard sealing surface contact ceramic ball valve is made of structural ceramic material, which has the characteristics of chemical stability and hardness (hardness HRA88 or above, second only to diamond) when in contact with the medium. Therefore, ceramics have high compressive strength, high wear resistance, excellent oxidation and corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, and good thermal insulation performance.

5、 It is manufactured with precision grinding technology (introduced from Taiwan, China, China) and * mechanical equipment. The valve structure is simple, the flow channel is smooth, and the medium flow resistance is small. The hard sealed ceramic internal components consist of six scientifically designed parts. The valve ball and valve seat surfaces are processed in contact, ensuring a tight fit between the ball and the inner and outer R of the seat. The ball has high precision, good surface quality, light torque, low resistance, and zero leakage of the entire valve.
