1、 Overview

Set at the bottom of the powder storage warehouse, connect purified or heated compressed air during unloading to make the powder particles fluidized, increase material fluidity, and ensure smooth unloading.

2、 Main features

1. The gasification plate is made of silicon carbide and is molded and sintered at high temperatures. It has a smooth surface, good breathability, and wear resistance.

2. The connection between the gasification plate and the tank is sealed with silicone rubber, which is reliable and can withstand high temperatures.

3. The gasification plate of the ash silo is evenly installed at a certain angle and tilted at the bottom of the ash storage section of the dry ash silo. The minimum gasification area should not be less than 15% of the cross-sectional area of the silo bottom, and dead zones should be avoided as much as possible.
