3.1 The pump is a vertical single-stage single suction pipeline centrifugal pump, with the suction and discharge ports on the same horizontal plane and perpendicular to the centerline of the pump shaft.

3.2 The pump mainly consists of explosion-proof motor, motor seat, split rigid coupling, pump cover, shaft, shaft seal body, mechanical seal, impeller, pump body and other parts (as shown in Figure 1)

3.3 The explosion-proof motor is directly connected to the pump through a split coupling.

3.4 There is a sufficiently large through-hole on the motor base, through which components such as couplings, shaft seals, pump covers, rotors, etc. can be removed.

Filters should be regularly inspected and cleaned.
