3.1 The pump is a vertical single-stage single suction pipeline centrifugal pump, with the suction and discharge ports on the same horizontal plane and perpendicular to the centerline of the pump shaft.

3.2 The pump mainly consists of explosion-proof motor, motor seat, split rigid coupling, pump cover, shaft, shaft seal body, mechanical seal, impeller, pump body and other parts (as shown in Figure 1)

5.6 It is necessary to strictly prevent solid debris and silk fabrics from being sucked into the pump body. Therefore, a filter should be installed on the suction pipeline; The effective filtering area of the filter should not be less than twice the cross-sectional area of the suction port. Filters should be regularly inspected and cleaned.

When the outlet pipeline is long, a one-way exhaust valve should be installed to remove the gas in the pipeline. From the motor end, the pump rotates counterclockwise.
