RCO Thermal Storage Catalytic Combustion Device



The RCO activated carbon adsorption concentration catalytic combustion device is a new series of high-efficiency and energy-saving products developed by our company in collaboration with multiple domestic research institutes, based on years of experience in organic waste gas treatment. Suitable for the treatment of organic waste gases with low to medium concentrations. System principle: Organic compounds are adsorbed and desorbed separately based on the adsorption performance of porous activated carbon and the desorption properties exhibited by activated carbon at high temperatures. The desorbed organic compounds enter the catalytic combustion furnace and undergo catalytic combustion at 300-400 ℃ to oxidize C and H compounds into CO2 and H2O. It should be composed of a catalytic combustion bed (consisting of an electric heating chamber, a catalytic chamber, and a heat exchanger), a flame arrester, a temperature detector, corresponding electric valves, and insulation pipelines. The main function is to use the electric heater in the catalytic combustion bed to heat the waste gas generated by the production line, so that the organic waste gas is converted into CO2 and H2O at around 280-300 ° C under the action of the catalyst and releases a large amount of heat. Heat is reused through a heat exchanger.

The catalytic combustion equipment mainly consists of a PLC control cabinet, temperature display instruments, electric valve actuators, and panel simulation flowcharts. Its function is to control the opening and closing of valves in the pipeline during the working process. According to the requirements of the process conditions, control the start and stop of the electric heater, control and indicate the heating temperature of the catalytic bed, reaction temperature, inlet temperature of the gas flow, and outlet temperature of the gas flow. Alarm and automatic shutdown of abnormal situations during equipment operation. Signal exchange with the overall control system to achieve interactive connection.
The catalytic combustion device of exhaust gas treatment equipment is suitable for treating high temperature, low air volume, medium high concentration organic exhaust gas. The types of organic solvents that can be treated include benzene, ketones, esters, alcohols, aldehydes, ethers, alkanes, and their mixtures.
This device can be widely used for the purification of organic waste gas in paint drying lines for industries such as automobiles, home appliances, steel structures, plastics, etc.
