The RT series uses chromium nickel alloy steel and high-temperature tool steel materials; Hardness hrc62-68, good wear resistance.

4. The melt pump can be customized with electric heating rods to control the temperature of the melt.

The material of the pump is temperature resistant, wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and has sufficient strength and dimensional stability.
Working Principle:
The motor hot melt pump wear-resistant meltblown fabric pump belongs to the positive displacement pump, which relies on the mutual meshing of the master and slave gears to cause changes in working volume during operation to transport the melt. The working volume is composed of the tooth groove of the pump gear and the bearing sleeve with side plate function. When the gear rotates, the molten material enters the tooth grooves of the two gears in the suction chamber. As it rotates, the molten material is brought into the discharge chamber from both sides, and the gears mesh again, causing the molten material in the tooth grooves to be squeezed out of the discharge chamber and pressed into the outlet pipe. Bearings cannot use conventional lubricating grease to avoid contaminating the melt, and usually use melt self-lubricating.
