Maintenance measures for rake teeth:

The handling and maintenance measures for turning the rake before the cleaning machine descends to the bottom of the water chamber. Such failures are usually caused by various preconditions, such as excessive friction between the cleaning rake and the track, or foreign objects getting stuck on the track, causing the steel wire rope to loosen and the cleaning rake to rely on its own weight to turn the rake, thereby losing its original designed cleaning function. For such faults, first test and observe whether there is any sign of looseness on one side of the steel wire rope on the left and right sides of the cleaning rake. If there is, it indicates that the levelness of the cleaning rake is not qualified.

Furthermore, consider whether there is a discrepancy in the diameter of the drum or insufficient levelness of the steel wire rope. Measure the diameter of the drum, and if it is qualified, adjust the steel wire rope to make the cleaning rake level. If it is unqualified, replace the drum. If there are no signs of looseness and the rake is turned down to a certain depth every time, if it is turned over before reaching underwater, a soft ladder can be used to take safety measures. Personnel can descend along the soft ladder to the rake turning point to check whether the track is deformed and whether the flatness meets the requirements; If the rake is lowered underwater (not to the bottom of the water chamber), it can only wait for the water to be drained during major repairs, take safety measures, and then descend to the bottom of the water chamber to inspect and handle defects.
