The refrigerator freezing load test M package meets the requirements of GB/T8059.2 and GB/T8059.4 standards. The test kit is a rectangular parallelepiped shaped device that simulates the freezing load of food when placed in a frozen food storage room or an ice temperature chamber for performance testing, or when conducting freezing capacity testing in a refrigerated container.
Refrigerator freezing load test M package
Product Introduction:
Meets the requirements of GB/T8059.2 and GB/T8059.4 standards. The test kit is a rectangular parallelepiped shaped device that simulates the freezing load of food when placed in a frozen food storage room or an ice temperature chamber for performance testing, or when conducting freezing capacity testing in a refrigerated container.
National StandardMpackageIt is a test kit equipped with thermocouples or pre embedded copper tubes for temperature measurement, and the thermocouples are in direct contact with the filling material. The production ruler is as follows:
Size(mm) |

Selection and installation: T-type thermocouple wire diameter ≤ 0.5mm, temperature sensing end without welded metal sheet, directly buried in the geometric center and in close contact with the filling material to avoid air gaps affecting temperature measurement accuracy.
Lead wire treatment: The lead wire needs to be insulated (such as polytetrafluoroethylene sleeve), and the seal with the packaging should be firm. Applying a 2kg tensile force should not damage the seal.
Temperature measurement connection: When connecting to the data collector, cold end compensation should be performed with a sampling interval of ≤ 10s to ensure the continuity of the temperature curve.
Placement principle: Place it side by side with ordinary bags of the same specifications, avoiding the door side/edge, and not protruding separately to ensure representative temperature measurement.
Quantity configuration:
Freezing capacity test: 1 M pack per 3kg load, with a total of ≥ 2 packs.
Compression load test: 1 M pack is provided for every 15kg, with a total of ≥ 4 packs.
Layer spacing: The distance between the top surface of the upper package and the load limit/shelf is 25-35mm to ensure airflow circulation and avoid temperature measurement deviation.
Select the M package specifications (-1 ℃/-5 ℃) according to the test items, calibrate the thermocouple and connect it to the data collector.
Preheat the M package together with the regular package to 25 ℃± 1 ℃ and leave it for ≥ 24 hours to ensure consistent initial temperature.
Stack according to specifications, with M packages placed side by side with packages of the same specifications, with a layer spacing of 25-35mm.
Start the refrigerator to the set temperature, record the temperature and energy consumption data of the M package until it stabilizes or completes the 24-hour test.
Clean and dry after the experiment, seal and store in a dry environment of 5 ℃~25 ℃, avoiding exposure to sunlight and high temperatures.
