The regenerative forging heating furnace mainly consists of a heating furnace body, a regenerative type, a reversing system, and fuel, air supply, and exhaust systems. The recovery of waste heat from the heat storage chamber ensures uniform furnace temperature, which greatly improves the heating quality of forgings and significantly increases the product qualification rate. Yiran regenerative forging furnace has low gas consumption, and the regenerative high-temperature air combustion technology can fully utilize the waste heat of flue gas to preheat the combustion air, greatly reducing the generation of NOx in the furnace. The regenerative combustion method is dispersed combustion in a relatively oxygen deficient state, with low NOx content in the flue gas, which is beneficial for protecting the environment. The regenerative low oxygen combustion method can not only reduce the oxidation and burning loss of the heated metal, but also increase the flame radiation intensity, strengthen radiation heat transfer, and improve the production of forgings in the regenerative natural gas furnace.
