Renting a sealing tester

Summarizing our company's years of experience in producing air tightness testers and the usage characteristics of most customers, the XT0707 series products have added remote control function and wireless data transmission, allowing operators to operate the tester remotely while recording the test results.

Pressure detection value setting:

Can set the detection pressure value and determine the qualified differential pressure value;

Automatic pressurization and detection:

Automatically control the testing pressure based on the detected pressure value, and determine whether the tested product is qualified based on the judged qualified pressure value;

Detection time setting:

Dial type time relay, use the "+" and "-" keys to set the pressure holding time in seconds, minutes, or hours, with a setting range of 0-99.9.

On site operation instructions

1. Connect the power and air circuit (one inlet and one outlet).

2. Press the start button to connect the gas circuit and pressurize the reference container and the tested product.

3. When the pressure reaches the test set value, the pressurization channel will automatically close, the delay detection indicator light will turn on, balance detection will begin, and timing will start.

4. After the balance detection timer ends, compare the pre-set qualified differential pressure value with the current differential pressure value to make a qualified or unqualified judgment on the tested product:

The qualified light is on, indicating that the tested product meets the airtightness requirements and is judged as qualified;

If the unqualified light is on, it indicates that the tested product has exceeded the leakage limit and is judged as unqualified.

5. When replacing the tested product, the unqualified light will light up due to deflation, which is a normal phenomenon and does not need to be ignored.

6. After replacement, check if the trachea is properly connected, and then press the start button to start the inspection.
