1. There are feeding and discharging rollers in front and behind the roller bottom annealing furnace. A well sealed inlet and outlet lock chamber is equipped with a protective atmosphere to sweep and prevent external air from entering the furnace. Due to the isolation of the lock chamber from the outside of the furnace and the filling of protective gas. The PLC control system of the heat treatment furnace can control the furnace temperature and pressure through PLC control rules, and the protective gas inside the furnace adopts nitrogen hydrogen protection.

2. Power unit: The Yiran environmental protection roller bottom annealing furnace is composed of a variable frequency speed control click, a cycloidal pinwheel reducer, a cylindrical turbine reducer, and an overload protection device. The system has convenient speed control, simple operation, and can meet the heat treatment needs of different workpieces;

3. Roller rod transmission system: mainly composed of master-slave transmission mechanism, roller rod, sprocket, high-temperature resistant bearing, sealing ring, etc. The copper tube is driven by a roller rod into the lock chamber, continuously enters the furnace for annealing and heating, then continuously enters the cooling section for cooling, and finally exits the rear lock chamber to complete the annealing process.

4. The lining of the roller bottom annealing furnace adopts a composite lining, and the inner layer is made of imported impermeable bricks and imported high-temperature binders, which have good strength, long service life, and high airtightness;

5. Protective gas distribution system: Yiran environmentally friendly roller bottom annealing furnace can not only meet the requirements of constant current gas supply in the furnace during normal operation;

6. The PLC control system controls parameters such as furnace temperature, furnace pressure, and roller running speed, records and saves the operation of the furnace, and controls the furnace to ensure stable, safe, and reliable operation.
