When installing the equipment, seal the two sides in contact with the ditch wall with rubber sealing tape and fix them with steel pressure strips; There is a flat plate and rubber sealing tape in front of the bottom rake chain to achieve sealing between the equipment and the civil engineering, preventing the leakage of impurities in the water.
13. There are maintenance holes on both sides of the upper part of the equipment. Even if the rake teeth and other components are damaged due to large debris, they only need to be replaced on the work platform without underwater maintenance, which does not affect the water flow rate.
Working Principle:
The GSHZ rotary grid cleaning machine is a special shaped rake made of nylon or stainless steel, assembled in a certain order on the rake shaft to form a closed rake chain, and its lower part is installed in the incoming canal water. When the transmission system drives the sprocket to rotate in a uniform direction, the entire rake chain moves from top to bottom and carries solid debris to separate from the liquid, while the fluid flows through the gaps in the rake teeth. The entire working state is continuous. Due to the special structural shape of the rake teeth, when the rake teeth carry debris to the upper end and move in reverse, there is a relative self-cleaning motion between the front and rear rake teeth, which causes the debris to fall off by gravity. At the same time, a pair of rubber plate brushes are set at the back of the equipment to ensure that each row of rake teeth can obtain a cleaning effect when they move to that position.
