Rotary drum microfilter

The rotary drum microfilter is a new type of solid-liquid separation equipment that can effectively reduce suspended solids (SS) in wastewater. Its principle is that the wastewater is injected into a hollow cylindrical screen, and the effect of the force is discharged from the inner side of the filter screen to both sides. The suspended solids in the water are intercepted by the inner side of the stainless steel filter screen. The cylindrical screen rotates slowly, and the backwash pump extracts the filtered water to backwash the filter screen. The cleaning water is used to clean the filter screen from both sides towards the inside through the nozzle located at the top of the cylindrical screen. The cleaned particles and chemicals are collected by the backwash water collection tank and discharged from the machine equipment through the sewage pipe.

A rotary drum microfilter is a filtration system that removes solids. The equipment consists of a machine device behavior subject control module, a key filtration control module, anti cleaning system software, driver system software, and automation control system software. The drum is equipped with a filter screen that can be easily disassembled and installed.

The machine equipment is equipped with a fully automatic on/off power switch for continuous filtration. When ice enters the drum, the water level sensor will send a signal to start the deceleration drive system to drive the drum to rotate, and in addition, the backwash pump will be started. Wastewater is injected into a hollow drum, which is equipped with a high toughness stainless steel filter screen. Wastewater is discharged from the inner side of the filter to both sides, and suspended solids in the wastewater are intercepted on the inner side of the filter. The cleaning water is used to clean the filter screen from both sides towards the inside through the nozzle located at the top of the drum. The fine particles and chemical substances cleaned are collected by the backwash water collection tank inside the machine equipment and discharged out of the machine equipment through the sewage pipe. When there is no water according to the machine equipment, the machine equipment will automatically terminate.
