Grille cleaning machines are widely used in industries such as water treatment, chemical, petroleum, pharmaceuticals, papermaking, etc.
The mechanical grid cleaning machine is made of ABS engineering plastic, nylon 6, nylon 1010 or stainless steel, with specially shaped rake teeth assembled in a certain order on the rake shaft, forming a closed rake tooth chain. The underwater grating (rake teeth) intercepts the dirt and moves upward along the track. When it reaches the top, due to the guiding effect of the curved track and gears, there is relative displacement between adjacent rake teeth, pushing the dirt outward and unloading it into the dirt container according to its own weight. At the same time, a specially designed rotating brush removes trace residual dirt from the rake teeth.
It is a new model developed and researched based on the digestion and absorption of similar product technologies. It consists of multiple tooth rakes (usually 4-8 pieces) evenly distributed on the traction ring chain at certain intervals, forming a multi rake rotating body. The tooth rakes descend from the rear of the trash rack and run backwards to the front of the rack through underwater chain wheels. They rake out the dirt intercepted by the rack from bottom to top, scoop it up along the baffle to the slag discharge port, and discharge it into the waste storage tank or through auxiliary equipment such as conveyors and presses.
