The rubber belt vacuum filter is an expert in solid-liquid separation, which can effectively intercept solid particles and separate the liquid into slurry according to the precision mesh of the filter cloth. It is a belt vacuum filter with a circular rubber belt as the transmission mechanism. The main filtering medium is filter cloth, which is laid on circular rubber. Driven by an electric motor, the two move together to complete filtration and dehydration, and are equipment for chemical, smelting, tailings dry discharge, flue gas desulfurization, and other projects.

Rubber belt vacuum filter machine

The vacuum rubber belt vacuum filter uses filter cloth as the medium and an integral annular rubber belt as the vacuum chamber. The circular tape is continuously driven by a transmission device, and the filter cloth is laid on the tape and runs synchronously with it. The tape is in contact with the vacuum slide table (there is a circular friction belt between the vacuum chamber and the tape, and water is introduced to form a water seal), and the material will be evenly distributed on the filter cloth by the cloth dispenser. When the vacuum chamber is connected to the vacuum system, a vacuum filtration zone is formed on the tape. The filtrate passes through the filter cloth and is collected through the transverse grooves on the tape, with a central small hole entering the vacuum chamber. Solid particles are trapped on the filter cloth to form a filter cake. The liquid entering the vacuum chamber is discharged through a gas water separator (sealed at the bottom of the discharge tank), and as the rubber belt moves, the formed filter cake enters the filter cake washing area and is sucked dry in sequence. The filter cloth and tape are separated, and the filter cake is discharged from the discharge end at the discharge roller. The filter cloth that removes the filter cake is regenerated after cleaning, and after passing through a set of support rollers and correction devices, it enters the filtration zone again and begins a new filtration cycle. The rubber belt vacuum filter truly realizes continuous operation, continuous filtration, material feeding, vacuum dehydration, filter cake washing, slag removal, and filter cloth cleaning, which can be carried out synchronously without interruption.
