1. Lubrication is essential when using servo electric cylinders. Without sufficient lubrication, friction resistance during operation may increase and become the main reason for shortening product life. Lubrication methods can be roughly divided into manual lubrication and automatic forced lubrication, and appropriate choices can be made according to the system's operating speed, usage environment, and other requirements

2. The frequency of lubricating oil varies depending on the usage conditions and environment. Generally, it is recommended to replenish oil and grease every 100km of operation.
3. When the electric cylinder works 24 hours a day for 2-3 months, it needs to be lubricated once. If any abnormal noise is heard during medium and low-speed operation, it is necessary to contact the manufacturer or send an inspection report to the manufacturer for handling; In addition, if damage (bending, deformation, unevenness) is found on the piston rod, it needs to be sent back to the manufacturer for repair.
4. The servo motor driver needs to pay attention to ventilation and heat dissipation during long-term use to avoid burning out.
