Product Introduction
The SDP series low resistance non-metallic graphite grounding module is a grounding body mainly composed of non-metallic materials. It is composed of non-metallic minerals and electrolytic substances with good conductivity and stability, which increases the dissipation area of the grounding body itself, reduces the contact resistance between the grounding body and the soil, and has strong moisture absorption and retention ability. It reduces the soil resistivity near it, increases the dielectric constant, reduces the interlayer contact resistance, and enhances corrosion resistance, thus achieving smaller grounding resistance and longer service life.
Main performance:
1. Corrosion resistant, non-toxic, long service life, easy installation
2. It can absorb moisture and moisture, and has low grounding resistance, which is 22% to 40% lower than steel pipe grounding bodies of the same size
3. After high current impact, the resistance does not increase, and there is no hardening, brittleness, or fracture phenomenon
4. Grounding in areas with high soil resistivity can effectively reduce grounding resistance
5. The grounding resistance is less affected by seasons and can maintain long-term stability
Construction method:
1. The low resistance grounding module can be vertically or horizontally buried, with a burial depth of not less than 0.6 meters, generally 0.8-1.0 meters.
2. When several modules are embedded in parallel, the distance between modules should not be less than 4.0 meters. If conditions do not allow, it can be appropriately reduced, and at the same time, the value of the module utilization coefficient when calculating module usage should be reduced.
3. When the poles of the low resistance grounding module are connected in parallel or to the ground wire, welding must be performed. Require welding with the same metal material to ensure the reliability of the connection. The welding length should not be less than 100mm, and virtual welding or missed welding is not allowed.
4. The welding slag should be removed at the welding site and a layer of asphalt or anti-corrosion paint should be applied to prevent core corrosion.
5. Fine grained soil should be used as filling material for pit backfilling, and construction waste such as broken bricks should not be used as backfill material. Backfilling should be carried out in layers. After filling 30cm of material, add an appropriate amount of water and compact it. Fill again, add water and compact until it is level with the surface. When compacting, attention should be paid to ensuring that the module is in close contact with the backfill soil and the formation, without damaging the module itself. After backfilling, water again to keep it moist.
6. After 72 hours of moisture absorption, measure the power frequency grounding resistance with a ground resistance meter. If the expected goals are not achieved, the reasons should be analyzed and remedial measures should be taken.
7. In cold regions, modules should be buried below the permafrost layer.
Application scope:
1. Working grounding, safety grounding, and lightning protection grounding for power plants, substations, switch stations, high-voltage transmission lines, electrified railways, telecommunications, mobile communication base stations, microwave relay stations, ground satellite receiving stations, radar stations, etc;
2. Grounding and protective grounding for valuable precision instruments, computer room equipment, postal and telecommunications programmable control equipment, broadcasting and television equipment, electronic medical equipment, etc;
3. Lightning protection grounding for various high-rise buildings, tall structures, famous ancient buildings, tall memorial towers, etc;
4. Oil transportation pipelines and oil and gas tanks, as well as lightning protection and grounding for warehouses containing flammable and explosive materials.
