Product Introduction

SDP series long-lasting anti-corrosion physical resistance reducer is a physical and environmentally friendly resistance reducer, which is composed of polymer water absorbing materials, electronic conductive materials, ion conductive materials and other materials. It is non-toxic, odorless, non corrosive, and non polluting, and meets the national high-quality soil environmental standards. Its conductivity is not affected by changes in acid, alkali, salt, temperature, etc. It has good moisture absorption, moisturizing, and antifreeze functions, and will not be lost due to the presence of groundwater. It has a long-term improvement effect on soil resistivity. The grounding network made with this product has stable grounding resistance and longer service life.

Main performance:

1. Good conductivity and resistance reduction: Long term anti-corrosion physical resistance reducing agents have strong moisture absorption and retention properties, maintaining a certain amount of moisture around the grounding electrode, exerting the conductive leakage effect of the electrolyte, and improving the conductivity of the surrounding soil, thereby increasing the size of the grounding body structure, expanding the scattering area of the grounding body, and reducing the grounding resistance.
2. Corrosion resistance and inhibition of metals: Resistance reducers are intermediate media between metal grounding bodies and natural soil, capable of withstanding the erosion of rainwater and groundwater. They are non corrosive and prevent corrosive media such as gases, acids, alkalis, and salts from corroding grounding metal materials, thus inhibiting the corrosion of grounding bodies and ensuring their service life.
3. Able to withstand high current impact: The stray current of the grounding device is very small during normal operation, usually only in the milliampere range. However, when it is struck by lightning or a grounding short circuit occurs, a large current flows through the grounding device. For lightning, the grounding current can reach several tens of kiloamperes. Under such high current impact, the long-lasting anti-corrosion physical resistance reducer does not heat up, self ignite or form volatile substances, and has the performance of repeatedly passing current and withstanding impact.
4. It has a certain negative resistance property: The so-called negative resistance characteristic refers to the characteristic that its resistivity ρ decreases with the increase of current density.
5. Environmental friendliness: This drag reducer is toxic and does not pollute the environment. It is a paste like substance that does not produce dust during transportation and construction, which can significantly reduce environmental pollution and physical damage to operators.

Construction method:

1. Modulation of drag reducing agent slurry
After the grounding body is laid and welded on site, the soil moisture level should be checked, and the resistance reducer and water are usually in a 2:1 weight ratio Mix evenly in a cart or other container to form a slurry and use immediately.
2. Grounding construction
a、 Vertical grounding body
(1) For shallow wells with a general soil depth of 2.5-3m, manual excavation can be carried out through larger pits, and after reaching the depth, molds (straight pipes or wooden columns) can be placed, gradually backfilled with fine soil, compacted layer by layer, and gradually demolded into shape
(2) For deep wells or hard rock soils, it is necessary to use a drilling machine to shape them and place them in the center of the prepared grounding metal electrode for grouting;
(3) Grouting: When a deep well with a length greater than 3m is grounded with a steel pipe of diameter 50 (wall thickness 2-5mm), a hole of diameter 10-15mm should be drilled to prevent grouting.
b. Horizontal grounding body
Dig a trench 0.8-1m deep according to the design length and orientation, place the grounding electrode in the small trench and weld it according to the design requirements. Use supports to support different parts of the metal electrode to keep it in the material. According to the amount of drag reducing agent per meter, evenly pour the mixed slurry into the trench to wrap the metal electrode. After initial setting, backfill with fine soil first and then compact the soil layer.

1. Grounding devices for power plants, substations, and transmission line towers.
2. Lightning protection and grounding of military facilities such as missile and rocket launchers and radars.
3. Lightning protection grounding for oil, natural gas, coal gas and other storage tanks.
4. Grounding devices for broadcasting and television transmission towers, microwave towers, and communication lines.
5. The protective grounding and working grounding of weak current equipment such as computers and laser typesetters.
6. Electrical grounding in industries such as chemical and textile, pharmaceutical and health, cultural education, publishing and printing.

According to the different soil conditions, the laying thickness on the grounding body should be between 5-15CM
