1. The ozone generator consists of an ozone discharge chamber, an ozone specific high-frequency and high-voltage power supply, and a control system.
2. The ozone discharge chamber is a device that installs an ozone generation unit. The ozone generation unit is the basic component that generates ozone, including electrodes and dielectric tubes. An electrode is a conductive part that forms a conductive interface with media of different electrical conductivities. In ozone generation units, it refers to a conductor that distributes a high-voltage electric field; A dielectric tube is a component composed of materials whose basic electromagnetic field properties are polarized by the action of an electric field. In ozone generation units, it refers to an insulator located between two electrodes that causes stable glow discharge.
3. The outdoor electrode for ozone discharge is made of 316 stainless steel, and the ozone generation unit is arranged in a honeycomb shape. It adopts a non glass discharge body - a high-voltage electrode and a dielectric tube as an integrated structure, and a enamel dielectric layer is sintered on the surface of the high-voltage electrode. Each ozone generation unit is equipped with an independent high-voltage fuse, ensuring the normal, reliable, and effective operation of the discharge chamber as a whole.
4. Ozone power supply is a device that converts input power into medium frequency high voltage power supply, also known as a "power supply unit", to form a high voltage electric field inside the ozone generation device. The ozone power supply device mainly includes rectifier and inverter circuits, reactors, high-voltage transformers, control devices, and display operation panels. The rectification and inverter circuit converts the power supply into the medium and high frequency AC power required for glow discharge. The ozone power supply device automatically starts and shuts down according to the set program. The ozone power supply device is equipped with multiple protection devices to ensure the reliability and stability of the entire machine, and a protection circuit or safety circuit for overall protection is designed.
6. The ozone generator adopts water cooling, which effectively removes the heat released during corona discharge through cooling water. The cooling water can be recycled and cooled through external processes to ensure the stability of ozone production and concentration.
7. The output of the ozone generator can be adjusted according to the specific situation of the user, and it has multiple protection functions to prevent damage to the generator in case of accidents.

1. Food factory: Disinfect the changing rooms, packaging workshops, and areas that require disinfection in the food factory; Canned water, beverages, seafood, pickled pepper chicken feet, gluten and other fields that require ozone water disinfection.
Usage:Space disinfection: After work or before work, turn on the machine for 2 hours. After completing ozone disinfection for 2 hours, wait for the ozone to decay before entering. The concentration of the disinfectant added is related to the sterilization level of the application.
