The SJ dual axis dust humidifier consists of four parts: uniform feeding, blade feeding, mixed impact humidification, vibration system, and is equipped with an electronic control and water supply system. The equipment is fixed on the base as a whole, and the cylinder is supported by four sets of elastic elements. Through the excitation device, vibration is applied to the cylinder, causing high-frequency vibration during the operation of the whole machine. The gap between the cylinder wall and the mixing shaft is always maintained, greatly reducing the resistance to the operation of the whole machine, eliminating the phenomenon of stagnation and stalling, reducing the downtime for cleaning, and improving work efficiency. The water supply is controlled by a valve group.
