SNCR-SCR combined process denitrification technology

The SNCR/SCR combined process is the application of SNCR technology in conjunction with SCR technology. In the high temperature zone of 850-1100 ℃ in the upper part of the furnace, denitration agents are used as reducing agents. The reducing agents are accurately distributed to each spray gun through metering and conveying devices, and then sprayed into the furnace through the spray gun to achieve NOx removal. Excess ammonia escaping with the flue gas enters the SCR denitration reactor with a small amount of catalyst, achieving secondary denitration.

The SNCR/SCR hybrid denitrification system mainly consists of several parts, including reducing agent storage and preparation, transportation, metering and distribution, injection system, flue gas system, SCR denitrification catalyst and reactor, electrical control system, etc.
