The SY pump is a vertical fiberglass submersible pump. WSY type pump is a vertical fiberglass submersible vortex pump, and FSY type pump is a vertical fiberglass submersible centrifugal pump. The pump extends into the storage tank and can transport liquid without filling as long as the liquid is higher than the pump body. There is a leakage hole under the flat cover plate. The liquid will not leak outside the storage tank.
Product advantages
1. This pump should be installed vertically. The flat cover plate of the pump should be installed on the flange seat of the storage tank. Before starting to operate, manually rotate the coupling to check whether the pump is stuck and whether it rotates flexibly.
2. Before starting the pump, as long as the liquid in the storage tank is higher than the pump body, it can be started. It is strictly prohibited to operate without medium or in reverse (the direction of operation should be consistent with the pump's steering sign), otherwise the pump body will be damaged due to a lack of liquid lubrication and the shaft lining will be damaged. If there is severe vibration or abnormal sound in the shaft sleeve, stop the vehicle immediately for inspection.
3. Pay attention to maintenance regularly, check whether the pump runs smoothly, whether there is any abnormal vibration, replace the elastic block, and regularly replenish and replace the bearing lubricating oil.
