Application Application

Mainly used for outdoor operations in coastal areas and areas with high salt spray, the salt spray filter is a filtering device that protects the motor or ventilation fan

Simultaneously serving as the mid-range filter of the high-efficiency filter, it reduces the load on the high-efficiency filter and extends its service life


Performance Features

◆ Can produce G3~F9 filtration efficiency grades, different grades apply different requirements

◆ Using polyester fiber as the filter material, it is made by non-woven, multi-directional, and gradient needle rolling method according to the fiber diameter, thickness, and density. It has the characteristics of high breathability, low pressure loss, and high dust collection capacity, and can be cleaned with high cost-effectiveness

◆ Temperature resistance: ≤ 90 ℃

Each unit has undergone strict testing according to EN1822:2009 standard before leaving the factory

◆ Customizable in any size


Material Material

Outer frame: stainless steel frame or plastic frame

Frame thickness: 21mm, 25mm

Filter media: using composite chemical fiber cloth, polyester non-woven fabric, fiberglass cotton, etc
