Precautions before operating the microfiltration machine: 1. Check whether all solid bolts of the machine body are tightened, whether the meshing of the transmission gear is appropriate, whether there are any abnormalities in the drum support wheel, whether the wiring of the motor is correct, and whether the transmission of the filter cartridge is light. 2. Start the motor, observe whether the rotation of the filter cartridge is correct, whether the gear transmission is normal, open the slurry inlet valve and run for 2-4 hours, pay attention to any unpredictable phenomena, and whether the frame is stable.
