Selection of PPH packing absorption towerworking principle
The exhaust gas is introduced into the bottom of the tower by a fan, evenly dispersed by a gas distribution device, and then passes through the packing layer from bottom to top. The top spray system sprays the absorbent onto the surface of the packing, forming a uniform liquid film that flows down along the gaps between the packing. When gas flows through the gaps of the packing, it fully contacts with the liquid film and undergoes absorption or neutralization reactions, transferring pollutants to the liquid phase. The purified gas is collected by a demister and discharged from the tower, while the absorbing liquid is recycled or regularly replaced.
