Suitable for use in flammable dust environments in zones 20, 21, 22, as well as in explosive mixture areas of Class IIB, II, C, T1-T6. It is used for connecting the incoming and outgoing lines of explosion-proof electrical equipment or for connecting steel pipe wiring in places where it is difficult to bend. The explosion-proof flexible pipe structure has metal threaded flexible joints at both ends of the hose, and the pipe body is composed of three forms: metal hose, outer layer of high-quality rubber and reinforced nylon hose sheath, and sandwich steel wire braided network tube. This product has the advantages of flame resistance, oil resistance, corrosion resistance, water resistance, wear resistance, aging resistance, good flexibility, sturdy structure, and reliable operation. It generally has lengths of 500, 700, and 1000.

Scope of application:

1. Suitable for hazardous areas in Zone 1 and Zone 2;

Requirements that the sheath must meet:

The protective sheath must be made of aging resistant, non combustible or flame-retardant plastic, rubber or metal woven fabric.

The thickness of the plastic or rubber sheath must not be less than 0.8mm.

The inner pipe and pipe joint must be firmly connected to ensure that they will not break during use, and the metal part must be connected to form a conductor.
