The multifunctional distiller adopts the current international infrared heating method, which has the advantages of high thermal efficiency, long service life, fast temperature rise and cooling speed, adjustable heating time and heating power. The instrument adopts a water-cooled circulation device. The entire system is simple, easy to install and maintain, and reliable to use. It can be widely used in the pre-treatment process of sample analysis that requires distillation in industries such as environmental protection, chemical, pharmaceutical, and materials. Especially suitable for distillation treatment of samples before the determination of ammonia nitrogen, volatile phenols, etc.

2、 Main performance indicators of multifunctional distiller

1. It can distill 6 samples (such as water samples) simultaneously.

2. The heating power can be adjusted, with a single heating power of up to 1000 watts, which can be adjusted at intervals of 5% power. It is recommended to use heating below 60%.

3. The heating time can be adjusted, with a timing range of 2 hours, 30 minutes to 10 minutes.

4. External water cooling circulation device, simultaneously cooling 6 condenser tubes.

5. Power requirement: 220V (10A).

1. After opening the packaging of the instrument, count the accessories according to the packaging list.

2. Connect the condenser tube and reflux tube separately according to the attached diagram.

3. Connect the power cord behind the instrument (one power cord and air switch on each side of the instrument, the left one is the power cord, air switch, and fan for the three heating furnaces on the left, and the right one is the power cord, air switch, and fan for the three heating furnaces on the right).

Four usage methods (taking ammonia nitrogen distillation as an example)

Turn on the power switch under each electric furnace. Press the knob and the instrument will start heating up.

After distillation, remove the receiving bottle and dilute it to 250mL, which can be directly used for subsequent titration (remove the receiving bottle in a timely manner to prevent backflow).

When conducting other sample analyses, the timing and heating power should be determined by the user based on experimental requirements and their own exploration.

Note: 1. The instrument must be connected to external cooling water, which is supplied from the bottom of one of the six condenser tubes and flows out from the top of the other end;

2. The hose equipped with the instrument is an imported silicone tube that is not prone to aging. When connecting to the condenser tube for the first time, the interface part is inserted into hot water to heat it up before connecting again, which is relatively easy; After each interface is plugged in, tie it with cable ties to prevent the silicone tube from falling off when the water pressure is high
