Sewage treatment center transmission scraperThe raw water from the central transmission scraper is distributed through the central water distribution cylinder and flows radially towards the overflow tank around the pool. As the flow rate decreases, suspended solids in the water are separated and settle at the bottom of the pool. The supernatant is discharged from the outlet tank through the overflow weir plate.
Main purpose:
The central drive scraper is suitable for small and medium-sized radial flow sedimentation tanks with central inlet, peripheral outlet, and central discharge. It is mainly used for sedimentation tank discharge in urban sewage treatment plants or industrial wastewater treatment projects.
Structure and working principle:
The equipment adopts a central transmission system, where sewage flows into the water pipe from under the working bridge, diffuses through the guide tube, and flows out uniformly in a radial manner to the surrounding area. The suspended sludge settles at the bottom of the tank after sedimentation. The driving device drives the central vertical shaft to rotate, and drives the scraper arm and scraper plate to rotate. The scraper collects the sludge, which is then sucked into the sludge collection tank by the suction pipe relying on the static water pressure in the tank and discharged into the central mud cylinder. The sludge on the water surface is discharged outside the tank through the central discharge pipe, and the floating slag on the water surface is introduced into the slag discharge hopper through the rotating skimming device and discharged outside the tank; The supernatant overflows into the water outlet tank through a triangular weir plate and is discharged.
