Product Introduction:
1. Valve body
a) The knife gate valve adopts an integral structure, ultra-thin valve body, and full bore flow channel. Greatly avoids medium leakage, flow loss, cost savings, and is easy to install and use.
b) The bottom of the valve body flow channel is designed without concave grooves, which avoids the occurrence of slag jamming when the valve is closed due to the accumulation of medium.
2. Gate plate
a) The bottom of the gate adopts a knife shaped circular arc design, so the gate has a strong shear effect and excellent sealing effect on the medium during its movement, especially suitable for controlling pulp and fiber containing media.
b) The thickness of the gate can be further increased according to the actual pipeline pressure.
3. Valve seat
a) The U-shaped valve seat achieves sealing by squeezing the edge of the gate plate, achieving bi-directional 100% pressure bearing while reducing friction between the gate plate and the valve seat.
