Connection method and installation of aeration pipeline

The aeration device consists of a rubber membrane microporous aerator, a gas distribution pipeline, a regulator, connectors, a cleaning device, etc. The gas distribution pipeline is arranged in a circular shape, and the rubber membrane microporous aerator is arranged according to the gas supply volume and tank shape density. The connection between the aerator and the gas distribution pipeline is made of G3/4 thread connection. The base (fixed on the gas distribution pipeline) of the rubber membrane microporous aerator is externally threaded. When installing, first expand the regulator according to the required size and fix the accumulator at the bottom of the tank, and then fix the gas distribution pipeline on the regulator. To prevent damage to the aeration device caused by other operations such as welding sparks and heavy objects such as concrete during civil construction, the aerator must be installed before discharging water after civil construction. To prevent air leakage in pipelines and connecting parts, water should be discharged to a depth of about 10cm beyond the aerator for leakage testing. Air leakage in the connecting part of the ventilation pipeline should be promptly eliminated before formal operation.
