Control system:
There are three types of standard control systems, namely Type 1, Type 2, and Type 3 (the main components are all imported products. For painless process flows, PLCs produced by companies such as GE/AB/SIMEMS/OMROM are selected for the controllers).

According to different automation requirements, there are on-site primary control systems (Type 1), which can be installed in two ways: wall mounted and bracket mounted: on-site and remote secondary control systems (Type 2); Local and remote three-level control system (Type 3).
The basic differences are as follows:
1. First level control, capable of controlling individual units (one CPU corresponds to one unit), and can independently control itself without being associated with other units.
2. Secondary control, on the basis of primary control, an additional set of coordination control panel has been added to complete the coordination work between multiple units.
The sewage treatment industry involves complex tasks such as gas supply allocation, grid connection, grid delay, and grid withdrawal.
3. Third level control, based on the second level control function, completes communication with other PLCs or DCS to meet new automation and management needs.
