3、 Main structure

5、 Pre use testing and maintenance
1,Newly installed or long-term unused voltage regulators must measure the insulation resistance of the coil to ground with a 500 volt megohmmeter before operation. Only when the value is not less than 5 megohms can it be used safely. Otherwise, it should be subjected to heat drying treatment. The heat drying treatment method can generally be electric drying or sent to a drying room for drying. After drying, check whether the fasteners are loose, and if they are loose, tighten them
2,The power supply voltage should comply with the input voltage on the regulator nameplate.
3,The regulator must be well grounded to ensure safety
4,When using, it is important to regularly ensure that the output current does not exceed the rated value. If there is a short-term load, it should not exceed the specifications in Table 2, otherwise it may reduce the life of the regulator or even burn it out
5,When using, the handle should be rotated slowly and evenly to avoid damaging the electric brush or generating sparks
6,The use of the voltage regulator should be checked regularly. If excessive wear or defects are found in the brushes, they should be replaced with brushes of the same specification in a timely manner. Zero grit sandpaper should be used to pad the brushes under them, and the handwheel should be rotated several times to make the bottom surface of the brushes smooth and in good contact before use. The replaced copper graphite composite electric brush must strictly meet the specification requirements.
7,The surface between the coil and the brush should be kept clean regularly, otherwise it may cause sparks and burn out the coil surface. If black spots are found on the surface of the coil, they can be wiped with cotton yarn dipped in alcohol (90%) until the surface spots are removedstop
8,The wires and wire terminal joints from the power supply to the regulator and from the regulator to the load should have good contact and be able to pass the rated current of the regulator.
9,When moving the regulator, do not use a handwheel, but instead use a handle or lift the entire product for movement
