Slant plate packing

The inclined plate filler is mainly made by mixing copolymer and polypropylene materials. On the basis of shallow theory, a sedimentation section with a reasonable sedimentation distance is set up at the upper part of the inclined plate, and the geometric shape of the inclined plate is controlled at the lower part to form a stable contact flocculation section at the lower part of the inclined plate. The separation of alum and water is achieved through contact action and shallow pool sedimentation mechanism. Various spacing inclined plate fillers are supported by plastic ribs of different heights to support the inclined plates. The ribs are hot-melt welded to the inclined plates, and multiple ribs are required to support each layer of inclined plates. The assembly process is complex, and the traditional inclined plates have rectangular internal water flow channels, which are often suitable for upward flow sedimentation tanks.
