1、 Structural characteristics of small slurry pump
1. Pump head section: It is a dual pump casing structure, consisting of a front pump casing, a rear pump casing, and a replaceable overcurrent section (including impeller, volute shell, front guard plate, and rear guard plate).
(1) The front and rear pump casings are made of gray cast iron or ductile iron according to the working pressure, vertically split and connected with bolts;
(2) The rear pump casing is connected to the bracket with bolts, and the pump outlet can be rotated and installed at eight angles. The front and rear cover plates of the impeller are equipped with back blades to reduce leakage and improve the service life and efficiency of the pump. The inlet of each type of pump is horizontal, and the pump rotates clockwise when viewed from the transmission direction.
2. Bearing components: The pump's bearing components adopt a cylindrical structure, which facilitates the adjustment of the clearance between the impeller and the front guard plate. They can be removed as a whole during maintenance. The bearings are lubricated with grease.
3. Shaft seal: The types of shaft seals for pumps include packing seal, impeller seal, and mechanical seal.
(1) Auxiliary impeller shaft seal: When the positive pressure value at the pump inlet is not greater than 10% of the pump outlet pressure value, a single-stage pump or a multi-stage series third stage pump can use an auxiliary impeller shaft seal. The auxiliary impeller shaft seal has the advantages of not diluting the slurry and good sealing effect.
(2) Packing shaft seal: The packing shaft seal has a simple structure and is easy to maintain. It requires the use of shaft seal water. For working conditions that are not suitable for using a secondary impeller shaft seal and pump suction working conditions, packing shaft seals can be used.
(3) Mechanical seal: For working conditions that are not suitable for the above two types of shaft seals, mechanical seals are used to reduce the maintenance frequency of the shaft seal part.
4. Transmission methods: including V-belt transmission, elastic coupling transmission, gear reducer transmission, hydraulic coupling transmission, variable frequency drive device, thyristor speed regulation, etc. The V-belt drive includes CL, CV, CR, ZL, ZV, and ZR drives.
5. The pump body has replaceable wear-resistant metal or rubber lining, and the impeller is made of wear-resistant metal or rubber material. The pump liner and impeller of HH type pump only use wear-resistant metal.
6. The shaft seal of AH and M-type pumps can use packing seal or centrifugal seal, and the outlet position of the pump can be installed and used by rotating eight different angles at 45 ° intervals as needed.
7. Pump body, pump cover, and overcurrent components: This series of pumps is a slurry pump with a horizontal, vertical, and double shell structure. The pump body and pump cover are equipped with replaceable metal lining, which is made of high chromium wear-resistant alloy material. The lining can be used until worn through, extending the maintenance cycle and reducing operating costs. The outlet direction of the pump can be rotated and installed at 8 angles.
