1、 Overview of Smelting Fan
Centrifugal blowers for smelting are widely used in various types of smelting blast furnaces and can also be used to transport other gases. This series of blowers has the characteristics of high efficiency, low noise, smooth operation, few vulnerable parts, and easy installation, operation, and maintenance.
2、 Model Description
There are two types of blowers in this series. One is a multi-stage, single suction, double support structure that uses coupling transmission. The inlet and outlet directions are both vertically upward, and when viewed from the motor end, the blower rotor rotates counterclockwise; The other type is a multi-stage, single suction, double support structure, with both the inlet and outlet facing vertically downwards. When viewed from the motor end, the blower rotor rotates clockwise.
The casing is made of cast iron, the fan shaft is made of high-quality carbon steel, and the impeller is welded with high-strength alloy steel. The blower rotor has undergone static and dynamic balance correction and runs smoothly.
This series of blowers adopts sliding bearings and pressure oil supply for forced lubrication. The lubricating oil is No. 22 or No. 30 turbine oil. The lubrication system includes a main oil pump, an electric oil pump, an oil tank, an oil cooler, an oil filter, and a high-level oil tank. When the unit is shut down due to a power outage, the high-level oil tank can continue to maintain lubrication for a certain period of time, ensuring the safe shutdown of the unit.
