Sodium hypochlorite generator is a device that uses diaphragm free electrolysis to electrolyze dilute saline water and prepare low concentration sodium hypochlorite solution. It has the characteristics of easy availability of raw materials, pure products, and safety and reliability. Suitable for various types of chlorinated disinfectant water treatment. The electrodes of Taijilei Tuo sodium hypochlorite generator are divided into tubular or plate, internally cooled, unipolar, and repolarized combination forms. The anode is made of titanium as the substrate+MMO special technology coating, with low chlorine evolution potential and lower power consumption.

The main reaction process of sodium hypochlorite generator electrolysis can be represented by the following equation:
NaCl + H2O = NaClO + H2↑
Electrode reaction: anode: 2Cl-- 2e-→ Cl2Cathode: 2H2O + 2e-→ H2+ OH-
Solution reaction: 2NaOH+Cl2→ NaCl + NaClO + H2O

(1) Easy to obtain raw materials: prepared by electrolysis method. The raw material is only salt. Safe and non-toxic, convenient transportation and storage, sufficient market supply, no need to take special safety measures to store raw materials.
(2) Stable and reliable operation: Diaphragm free electrolytic salt water, using refined salt and tap water pretreatment softening device to configure electrolyte, combined with bipolar electrode structure, is conducive to timely discharge of hydrogen gas, prolonging acid washing cycle, improving electrode efficiency, and ensuring electrode service life.
(3) Low disinfection cost: using internationally renowned Dutch brand Machneto and domestically renowned brand electrodes, high current, low voltage and other core technologies of Taijileituo, the cost of effective chlorine per gram is only 5.1 cents.

The disinfection cost of tap water is 0.03-0.06 yuan/ton (calculated at 500 yuan/ton for salt and 0.5 yuan/kWh for electricity), and the disinfection cost of hospital sewage is about 0.12 yuan/ton.
The electrolysis equipment only consumes salt and electricity, does not require other chemical raw materials, and does not need to take special safety measures to store raw materials.
