Introduction to the conditions for using and installing sodium hypochlorite generators

1. Instructions for use: This generator is mainly used for disinfecting treated water.

2. Number of operating environment conditions; Layout location: Equipment room

3. Installation requirements for sodium hypochlorite generator:

(1) The equipment should be installed indoors, and the equipment room must be an open and ventilated room on the ground. At least one direction of the wall should be directly connected to the outside, avoiding direct sunlight. The working environment temperature of the equipment should be above 10 ℃.

(2) Due to the strong oxidizing property of sodium hypochlorite, it is advisable to avoid placing the equipment in the same room as other electrical equipment when selecting the installation location. A separate equipment room should be established.

(3) It is best to place the control cabinet in a single room and not in the same room as equipment or materials.

(4) Equipment and raw material storage shall be equipped with independent raw material storage rooms and concrete foundations.

(5) The equipment room floor should be paved with cement and equipped with a water source and drainage system for flushing.

(6) Axial flow fans should be installed on the upper wall of the equipment room to maintain good ventilation

(7) Necessary lighting facilities and power sources corresponding to the installed capacity of the equipment should be provided between the devices.

(8) Strict electrical and fire safety regulations shall be established between equipment rooms.
