Sodium hypochlorite generator is a device that uses diaphragm free electrolysis to electrolyze dilute saline water and prepare low concentration sodium hypochlorite solution. It has the characteristics of easy availability of raw materials, pure products, and safety and reliability. Suitable for various types of chlorinated disinfectant water treatment. The electrodes of Taijilei Tuo sodium hypochlorite generator are divided into tubular or plate, internally cooled, unipolar, and repolarized combination forms. The anode is made of titanium as the substrate+MMO special technology coating, with low chlorine evolution potential and lower power consumption.

The main reaction process of sodium hypochlorite generator electrolysis can be represented by the following equation:
NaCl + H2O = NaClO + H2
Electrode reaction: anode: 2Cl-- 2e-→ Cl2Cathode: 2H2O + 2e-→ H2+ OH-
Solution reaction: 2NaOH+Cl2→ NaCl + NaClO + H2O
