Southern Sepper GB series mechanical diaphragm metering pump:
The motor drives the worm gear and worm gear pair to perform variable speed motion through direct transmission. Under the action of the crank connecting rod mechanism, the rotational motion is converted into reciprocating linear motion. The sliding rod is directly connected to the diaphragm, and when the sliding rod reciprocates, it directly pushes (pulls) the diaphragm to oscillate back and forth. The suction and discharge purpose is achieved through the opening and closing action of the one-way valve on the pump head, realizing the metering and transportation of liquid.
