drive endThe motor drives the worm gear and worm connected to the eccentric shaft, and through eccentricity acting on the connecting rod, converts the rotational motion of the worm gear into linear reciprocating motion of the connecting rod, thereby controlling the frequency and stroke of the diaphragm.
Hydraulic endDuring the suction stroke, the diaphragm moves backwards and the pressure inside the pump head decreases. When the pressure inside the pump head is lower than the pressure in the suction pipeline, the one-way valve ball at the suction port is pushed upwards, and the medium in the inlet pipeline enters the pump head chamber; During the discharge stroke, the diaphragm moves forward and the pressure inside the pump head increases. When the pressure inside the pump head is higher than the pressure in the outlet pipeline, the one-way valve ball of the discharge outlet is pushed upward, and the medium inside the pump head enters the outlet pipeline.
