The exhaust gas treatment system of Huashui Spray Painting Factory can be set up as single tank or double tank according to the production process, and single tank is generally set up for intermittent production; Two adsorption tanks are set up for continuous production, one for adsorption and one for desorption, or both tanks can be used simultaneously. The inlet and outlet of the device are equipped with manual valves, which are easy and reliable to operate. This device uses low-pressure steam as the desorption medium, and can be equipped with a steam filter to increase the steam temperature when desorbing high boiling point solvents. Two tanks can also adsorb simultaneously and periodically desorb simultaneously, increasing the processing air volume by nearly twice. For intermittent production, it can reduce investment and land occupation.

Spray painting exhaust gas comes from the volatilization of organic solvents and diluents used in spray painting operations. Its main components are benzene, toluene, xylene, hexane, heptane, ethyl acetate, carbon tetrachloride, etc.

1. Activated carbon has many micropores and a large specific surface area. By relying on molecular gravity and capillary action, it can adsorb solvent vapor and volatile substances on its surface. Depending on the boiling point of different substances, the adsorbed substances can be precipitated by steam. When steam is used as the desorption medium, the organic solvent vapor desorbed is condensed together with water vapor through a condenser and enters a separation tank for separation before recovering the organic solvent. The residual liquid is discharged after aeration treatment.

2. This device is designed based on two basic principles: adsorption (high efficiency) and catalytic combustion (energy saving). It adopts dual gas path continuous operation, with one catalytic combustion chamber and two adsorption beds alternately used.

3. Firstly, the organic waste gas is adsorbed onto activated carbon, and when it reaches saturation, the adsorption is stopped. Then, the organic matter is desorbed from the activated carbon using a hot gas flow to regenerate the activated carbon; The detached organic matter has been concentrated (with a concentration several tens of times higher than before) and sent to the catalytic combustion chamber for catalytic combustion into carbon dioxide and water vapor, which are then discharged.

4. When the concentration of organic waste gas exceeds 2000PPm, the organic waste gas can maintain spontaneous combustion in the catalytic bed without external heating. Part of the exhaust gas after combustion is discharged into the atmosphere, while the majority is sent to the adsorption bed for activated carbon regeneration. This can meet the heat energy requirements for combustion and adsorption, achieving the goal of energy conservation.

5. After regeneration, it can enter the next adsorption; During desorption, purification can be carried out using another adsorption bed, which is suitable for both continuous and intermittent operations.

What users need to know when selecting waste gas treatment equipment for Huashui Spray Painting Factory:

1. The inlet temperature of the exhaust gas of the device should be below 50 ℃. If the exhaust gas exceeds 50 ℃, an air cooling device should be added and cooled before entering the adsorption tank.

2. For the purification of exhaust gases containing a large amount of particulate dust generated during painting operations, the particulate matter should be filtered and purified first.

3. When the boiling point of the adsorbed organic solvent is high (above 120 ℃), a steam filter can be used to increase the desorption steam temperature

4. If there is no steam supply, a small electric steam generator can be specially equipped with the purification device.
