Organic waste gas is introduced into the adsorption zone through a blower, where the organic pollutants are adsorbed and the gas is purified and discharged. Subsequently, the adsorbent rotates to the regeneration zone, and during contact with high-temperature air, VOCS is desorbed and flows out with the regeneration air, while the adsorbent is regenerated. The regenerated adsorbent is first cooled in the cooling zone and then rotated to the adsorption zone for re adsorption. As the wheel rotates, the adsorbent periodically adsorbs, desorbs, and cools to purify organic waste gas.

1. Establishment of circulation within the adsorption zone bypass. When the exhaust gas does not meet the standard after being adsorbed in the adsorption zone, it enters the bypass for circulation and undergoes adsorption treatment again. The basic idea of this bypass circulation is to eliminate existing pollution and absorb new pollution.
2. Establish a cooling air bypass. In extremely complex working conditions, the concentration of VOCs may suddenly increase. At this time, some cooling air is introduced into the adsorption zone to reduce the desorption air volume, and fresh air is supplemented after heat transfer 2 to maintain the air volume entering the catalytic reactor within the preset range. The basic idea of this bypass is to dilute high concentration VOCs with fresh air, so from the perspective of effectiveness, this method will also extend the treatment time.
3. Compared with traditional processes, the entire system adopts an induced draft fan design, which facilitates the regulation of the bypass. Remove the cooling blower used for the catalytic combustion device. This machine only treats the symptoms but not the root cause, and instead controls the concentration of VOCs in the rotor section.
4. The catalytic combustion chamber removes the electric auxiliary heating system and instead uses heat transfer to heat the air to the ignition temperature of VOCs, and uses the heat released from the reaction to stabilize the temperature of the catalytic combustion chamber within the range of 500 ℃ to 600 ℃.
5. If the rotational speed of the impeller is easy to adjust, then in the case of 2, the rotational speed of the impeller can be appropriately increased to reduce the amount of VOCs adsorbed per unit area and unit time of the impeller, thereby ensuring the safety of the system.

Zeolite wheel+RTOThe process mainly consists of zeolite wheel concentration (adsorption zone, desorption zone, cooling zone), desorption system, regenerative combustion system (RTO furnace body, ceramic regenerative body, combustion system, etc.), and control system.

Adsorption and desorption:Zeolite rotary adsorption concentration purification deviceBy utilizing the continuous process of adsorption, desorption, and cooling, VOCs waste gas is adsorbed and concentrated. The zeolite molecular sieve wheel is divided into three functional zones: adsorption zone, desorption zone, and cooling zone. The exhaust gas enters the adsorption zone of the zeolite molecular sieve wheel, and VOCs are adsorbed and removed by the zeolite molecular sieve before being purified and discharged. The VOCs adsorbed in the molecular sieve impeller are desorbed and concentrated in the desorption zone after being treated with a small amount of hot air at about 200oC. The regenerated zeolite molecular sieve wheel is cooled in the cooling zone, and this process is repeated.
Regenerative combustion: The high concentration and low air volume exhaust gas after desorption enters the RTO treatment system and first enters the ceramic medium layer of RTO regenerator A. The ceramic releases heat and the temperature decreases, while the organic exhaust gas absorbs heat and the temperature increases. After leaving the regenerator, the exhaust gas enters the oxidation chamber at a higher temperature. In the oxidation chamber, the organic waste gas is heated by the burner to a set oxidation temperature above 800oC, causing the VOCs in it to decompose into carbon dioxide and water before being discharged.
