The U-shaped high platform three-way ball valve is a newly developed product by our company based on the existing high platform ball valve. The valve body is cast with silica sol, making its appearance more exquisite and smooth. $r $n 2. The valve has added a gland, changing the traditional method of tightening the valve stem with a cap. If the use causes wear and leakage at the valve stem, simply tighten the cap screws, unlike traditional high platforms that require disassembling the actuator and tightening. Repair and maintenance are more convenient. $r $n 3. UQ614F is a three-way L-type, and UQ615F is a three-way T-type. Please refer to Figure F for the specific directional flow diagram.

1. Precautions: To avoid unnecessary trouble, please carefully refer to the following valve selection precautions:

(1) Pneumatic actuator type:

A. GT (regular type)

B. AT (The shell has undergone hard oxidation treatment, with exquisite appearance and long service life)

C. AW (Great Force Rectangular)

(2) Should pneumatic actuators have a single action (automatic reset of the spring when the gas and power are cut off) or a double action (stop where the valve is opened when the gas and power are cut off).

(3) The common valve connection methods include welding, threading, clamping, and flange.

(4) Valve nominal pressure: 1.6, 2.5, 4.0, 6.4, 10Mpa.

(5) Type and temperature of medium.

(6) Is it equipped with accessories such as solenoid valves (voltage required), limit switches, air filter pressure reducers, handwheel mechanisms, electrical valve positioners, holding valves, and other requirements. Is it a regular type or an explosion-proof type.
