The role of the driven sprocket is to tension the rear of the rake chain installation frame, which is pulled back by the chain installed with the toothed rake, thereby driving the toothed rake installed between the two traction chains to rotate together. Each rake tooth is inserted into the gap of the grid bar. When the intercepted dirt rake is sent to the upper limit position of the frame, the toothed rake flips with the chain direction, and the dirt on the toothed rake automatically falls into the garbage truck or other transportation facilities and is transported away. At the same time, a pair of rubber plate brushes are set up to clean each row of rakes passing through here, completing a cleaning cycle.

Installation, commissioning and operation of electric mechanical grille cleaning machine:

1. The lifting of the entire grille must be carried out by hanging the top plate hole or lower foot lifting ring of the box with steel wire rope.

2. Installation position: The bottom foot of the grille must be flush with the bottom surface, and the front end of the equipment should be basically flush with the front end face of the groove.

3. Pour cement mortar into the anchor bolts, wait for the cement to solidify, and then tighten the nuts.

4. Before starting up, there should be no large stones or other coarse debris in the front of the grille. If there are any, they should be removed before starting up.

5. Operation

1) Check if all components are loose before operation.

2) Remove the motor cover and rotate the fan by hand. The entire machine should run smoothly and flexibly.

3) Lubricate the sprocket and chain with lubricating oil.

4) Electric motor, visually check if the direction of operation is correct, start the motor, check if the electrical action is normal and reliable, and if the working current is normal.

5) During operation, all components should rotate flexibly without any jamming or abnormal sounds.

6. The grid cleaning machine uses elastic devices as overload protection. Adjust the proximity position of the switch before use.
