Stainless steel hard sealed ball valveIt is a stainless steel ball valve with a metal to metal material pairing for the sealing pair (i.e. valve seat sealing surface and ball sealing surface). 1. The valve seat adopts a plate spring loaded sealing structure, which can use high temperature and granular media;
2. Adopting a bottom mounted valve stem and equipped with an inverted sealing structure, it can ensure reliable sealing at the packing point;
3. The ball can be designed as an anti-static structure, with conductive springs installed between the ball and the valve stem, as well as between the valve stem and the valve body, to prevent static electricity from igniting flammable substances and ensure system safety;
4. The sphere and sealing surface can be treated by nitriding, welding, spraying and other methods to meet different process requirements;
5. An auxiliary sealing structure can be installed at the valve seat of the ball valve. A grease injection valve can be added to the valve seat and stem for temporary sealing in emergency situations, and the stem can be extended as needed to be suitable for underground installation;
6. Pneumatic and electric actuators can be installed to achieve centralized and remote control.
