Precautions for filter installation
1Filters are usually installed behind the rear cooler and air storage tank near the point of use and at the lowest temperature, which allows oil and water vapor to condense as much as possible and be discharged by the filter element,
Installing near the usage location can prevent clean air from being contaminated by existing dust and dirt in downstream pipelines;
2. Filters should not be installed after quick opening valves and should prevent backflow and impact phenomena;
3. It is necessary to install a header filter near the compressor and a terminal filter at critical gas points. It should be noted that pollutants already present in the downstream pipeline of the filter are extremely difficult to remove;
4. Thoroughly blow the pipeline before installing the filter and connecting the gas points;
5. The filter should be installed vertically and leave enough space below to replace the filter element;
6. Try to avoid bypass as much as possible, as pollutants may leak downstream from the valve;
7. The liquid discharged from the drain valve can be collected and treated with appropriate pipes.
