Key Features:
1. The FGP4X composite high-speed intake and exhaust valve is used at the highest point or closed place on the pipeline to remove gas from the pipe and clear the pipeline, achieving normal operation.
2. If a composite high-speed inlet and outlet valve for the water supply pipeline is not installed, the liquid flowing inside the pipeline will generate kinetic heat, causing gas to form a short circuit and resulting in the pipeline's water output not meeting the design requirements.
3. If a composite high-speed inlet and outlet valve for water supply pipelines is not installed, power outages or pump shutdowns may occur during pipeline operation, causing negative pressure and resulting in pipeline vibration or rupture. The exhaust valve will quickly suck air into the pipeline to prevent pipeline vibration or rupture.
Main purpose:
1. The FGP4X composite high-speed intake and exhaust valve is installed in places where high-speed intake and exhaust are possible. When filling water, the air in the pipeline is expelled at high speed, and when the pipeline is emptied, air is sucked in to maintain smooth drainage. The composite high-speed exhaust valve of the water supply pipeline can continuously expel the air that has been separated during normal operation of the pipeline.
2. When there is a possibility of water hammer, allow air to automatically enter to avoid negative pressure and prevent or mitigate the harm of water hammer.
Key Features:
The composite high-speed intake and exhaust valve can prevent the floating ball from being blown up in the high-speed airflow and blocking the exhaust port, causing the exhaust valve to fail. To prevent the valve port from being blown and blocked, a protective sleeve is installed at the inlet of the high-speed intake and exhaust valve, making the valve structurally complex.

Working principle:
1. When water enters the pipeline, the plug will stop at the lower part of the positioning frame, and the composite high-speed exhaust valve will perform a large amount of exhaust; When the air is exhausted, water enters the valve to float the ball, the transmission plug closes, and the exhaust stops.
2. If the pipeline naturally produces a small amount of gas during normal operation, it will accumulate in the upper part of the pipeline. To a considerable extent, the water level in the composite high-speed inlet and outlet valve of the water supply pipeline will drop, and the floating ball will drop at any time. The gas will be discharged from the small hole.
3. If there is a power outage, pump shutdown, or empty water flow in the pipeline, negative pressure may occur at any time inside the pipeline. The floating ball will rise downstream and open the small hole to drive the large hole for a large amount of air intake to ensure pipeline safety; But it cannot be used on sewage pipelines.

When the water flow reaches the opening position, due to the narrow space, it is impossible to form a gas accumulation zone, so it is impossible to separate the gas-liquid mixture and effectively remove the gas in the pipeline. Therefore, a manhole is installed at the opening to form a gas accumulation zone, which can effectively separate the gas-liquid and remove the gas in the pipeline.
3. Install under the composite high-speed intake and exhaust valveBuffer plug valveWhen the pipeline is filled with water, due to the high pressure of the pipeline, when the water flow reaches the opening of the pipeline, the pipeline pressure accumulates at the bottom of the air valve. Without installing a buffer plug valve, excessive water flow pressure can damage the components inside the exhaust valve, leading to phenomena such as exhaust valve leakage and failure to exhaust. Therefore, it is recommended to install a buffer plug valve under the exhaust valve, especially under the exhaust valve of the high-pressure pipeline.
